Male Healthcare Assistant Who are we: London Teaching Pool is a CQC registered agency that provides quality care and support to people living in London Boroughs of Waltham Forest. We are currently seeking for experienced and reliable male Heath Care Assistants and/or Domiciliary Care Worker who wants to progress in their career to join our supportive and caring establishment based in Hainault. About the role: To provide exceptional quality domiciliary home care support to clients in their own homes To provide excellent quality personal care to service users living in the community To provide assistance with meal times To provide prompting with medication To provide assistance with trips out, appointments and social activities To provide Companionship To provide assistance with Shopping To promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity To treat clients with respect and keep them safe To provide person centred care Requirements and qualities needed: Male carer Qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferable) Full driving license Commitment to maintain very high standards of care Punctual and excellent time management Excellent communication skills Reliable, adaptable and flexible What we can offer you: A supportive environment with an experienced point of contact available 24/7 30-40 hours - Flexible working hours Free uniform Clear career and personal progression Full induction and ongoing support Free online training Support with DBS Certificate Competitive pay rates from £10.50 to £13.50 via Umbrella This position is ideal for male carers who are looking for full time work with flexible working hours.
