If that resonates with you, join us Supporting the Sourcing & Procurement Director on projects Globally on Industrial Small Capital Goods products. Will require a high level of interaction with other Strategic Sourcing /Category Managers/Engineering/Operations, both regionally and globally as well Facilitating Sourcing Kaizen & VAVE workshops for the business. Main Duties: · Global Strategic Sourcing Lead for Small Capital Goods. · Support to the Director of Sourcing & Procurement globally. · Facilitator of the Kaizen/VAVE Sourcing workshops. · Favorable Net Purchase Price Change "PPC" within Region, Categories, or Site(s). · Direct & Indirect Savings "Completed" as Measured via Project Deck for Region, Category, or Site(s) of Responsibility. · Achievement of PPV Budget within Region /Site(s). · Successfully plan and coordinate auctions. · Completion of new Annual Supplier Evaluation Program. · Embrace new Tools & Processes Launched within Strategic Sourcing Function; Project Deck, Auction Site, GVS Process, Total Cost Model, Business Continuity Reviews, and so forth. · Completion of Supplier Evaluations / Feedback Activities. · Drive Supplier consolidation. · Work with NPI to optimise related strategic sourcing activities. · Understand spend profile, cost drivers and supply market challenges. · Improve supplier service levels by integrating key suppliers to the business. · Understand and lead risk of supply chain changes. · Communicate supplier performance level expectations and competencies. · Ensure clear and independent make versus buy process that constantly challenges the organisation to review it’s in processes. · Regularly participate in training and education classes/programs. Essential Qualifications/Education: · Degree or equivalent level Qualification. · Intermediate Excel skill. · Procurement experience in housings, skids & assembly. · MCIPS preferred but not essential. · Fluent in business English and additional languages would be beneficial. · Essential Previous Experience: · Supply Chain supporting manufacturing. · Experience with MRP systems. · Familiar with quality system requirements.
