Overview
Head of People, Cardiff, £45,000-£50,000 My client based in Cardiff is looking to recruit a Head of People to head up their People and HR function. Leading a small team, you will primarily be responsible for strategic HR and for shaping the People function at a time of widespread transformation. You will look to drive positive change and play a part in delivering a culture which is fun, engaging and challenging for everyone. This is what you’ll be doing Assessing, reviewing and transforming HR practices Developing and delivering a people strategy Operating at board level, consulting on HR and people services Leading a small team Supporting and driving cultural change The experience you’ll bring to the team Have knowledge and experience across the full HR spectrum Have experience of delivering people and culture change and a time of change and transformation Member of CIPD Have broad legislation knowledge Be an innovator, driver and motivator Are you up to the challenge?
