Financial Accountant Agency Reference Number: 6946660 A position has arisen for a Financial Accountant to work for a College based in London. The role will report into the Head of Financial Reporting. Salary: £50,000 Job Role entails: Maintaining the Fixed Asset Reconciliations Preparing and maintaining the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Monitoring and reviewing bank reconciliations, Petty Cash reconciliations, sales ledger reconciliations and purchase ledger Undertaking a regular review of the fixed asset register Assisting with month end procedures and year end processes Producing Audit Documentation Undertaking tax and compliance activity in general – VAT Returns, Office for National Statistics Returns and Company House submissions The successful candidate MUST : Be CCAB qualified Accountant Have a good understanding of accounting systems (Open Accounts (Desirable)), reconciliation processes and reporting requirements Have experience working in the Education Sector Have intermediate- advanced Excel skills To apply for this role or to find out about other Education Finance jobs, please contact Dannielle Day or Louis Pearson on the London Education Finance Recruitment team on or email your CV to
