Your new role You will be working closely with the management team to ensure the services are supported day-to-today and empowering other staff to carry out their responsibilities in an effective and positive manor. You will be dealing with incoming queries on care packages and exploring all business opportunities to ensure you are maximising potential growth. You will be responsible for managing a service that runs over 3,500 hours a week and ensuring that an issues that arise are dealt with efficiently and achieving positive outcomes. What you'll need to succeed As this is a demanding sector you must have the dedication and motivation to succeed in all aspects of the role and ensure that professionalism is maintained at all time. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role and be seeking a potential opportunity to progress their career further. You will be a strong leader and be able to work closely with the existing staff as well as never losing the essence of what care at home is all about.
