Asbestos Surveyor - Multi-disciplined Consultancy Up to £30,000 Benefits Leatherhead, Surrey An opportunity has now arisen for a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a team of energetic and driven Asbestos Surveyor's due to an increase in workload across the Central and South of England locations. Successfully into its 20th year and rapidly growing as a multi-disciplinary Health & Safety and Environmental consultancy, offering services for Asbestos, Water and Health & Safety, our client is offering the perfect opportunity for you to get involved with a range of Commercial and Residential based projects. This role of Asbestos Surveyor, will see you successfully complete all disciplines of Asbestos Surveys, including: Management Refurbishment Demolition Re-inspections You will maintain and work in alignment to the HSG:264 Survey guide, and successfully submit all data and reports through an online application, for which you will receive initial training for. You will also liaise with clients and tenants alike to offer recommendations. To be considered, you MUST hold the BOHS P402 qualification (other BOHS 'P' certs are welcomed). You will also have: Minimum of 12 months post BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveying experience - ideally Residential and/or Commercial properties Hold a full UK driving license with the flexibility to travel where required Open minded approach to work and motivated to progress On offer is a NEGOTIABLE salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
