Qualified social worker needed by great local authority for transition work Reference: 119582 Type: Permanent Salary (£): Up to £39,774 depending on experience Job Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with young adults between the ages of 17 to 25 whilst they transition from children's to adult social services. Having received a Good Ofsted rating and continuously improving its services, this local authority works hard to deliver an exceptional experience for both service users and staff by adapting its practices to reflect new developments in the field of social sciences. So if you are keen to learn more about what is on the horizon for the future of social work this post is definitely for you. You will be working with a brand new model which combines functions of Adults, Children's, Public Health and Housing services; this means that Social Workers have all relevant information available to them and will be able to focus on their caseloads without disruption.
