Overview
Aurora Resourcing are working closely with and outstanding Therapeutic children's home in Leeds, We are looking for a passionate leader who is genuinely interested in changing life's of young adults and children with great experience as a manager in children's services. This therapeutic Children's organisation strives to create an outstanding and positive environment for vulnerable and young children in our care and firmly believe with the introduction of the right leader this will be mirrored through out the service. You will be a key driver in the running of this home not only being responsible for the basic care and protection of our children but also serve as a positive role model, inspiring the children in all aspects of their life. You will build an appropriate relationship and show resilience with focus to motivate the need for education and enjoy community-based activities. Essential Criteria: Must have a Full UK driving licence Must have a passion to work with children QCF Level 3 Children & Young people or Health & Social Care is essential Flexibility and understanding is a must, as we are open all year round Must have an expert understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Must have at least 2 year’s experience in shift leading Apply Today: We are looking to hold interviews as soon as possible.
