Overview
Venn Group Interim Head of Human Resources required immediately Reference: 6945910 Where: South West England Contract Length: 6 months Rate: £230 – 290 per day via Umbrella Venn Group’s South West HR Team are recruiting on behalf of an NHS trust that is looking for an interim Head of HR to come on board for a 6 month contract. Day to day responsibilities: Leading the HR function on both an operational and strategic level and overseeing HR operations, staffing solutions, recruitment and the medical staffing functions Managing 4 direct reports and overseeing 20 staff in total Working closely with senior stakeholders and trade unions with regards to all people matters Ensuring the HR function is running at capacity and delivering all people functions Working with the HR Director to help develop, shape and support the People and Culture strategy Providing specialist advice and support to the relevant departmental leaders on complex and sensitive HR issues and HR related matters Liaising with Trade Union representatives and work to enhance positive employee relations within designated areas Advising and supporting senior managers upon employment law, Trust policies and procedures, Agenda for Change and medical workforce terms and conditions of employment.
