Change Manager
Overview
Change Manager Brief Overview Triad are working with a leading Digital Service provider and are actively looking for an experienced Manager of Change to join their team based in Hinckley. You will work in the Programme Management Team to lead the organisational and cultural changes that will be required to ensure that the programme is successful. The role will involve around 3 days per week in Hinckley and 2 days from home initially, with a move to flexible arrangement once you have settled in. You will influence and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Key Stakeholders and deliver against broad functional objectives including those relating to cost, culture and people development. You will provide leadership and direction to the resources working in the community to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities toward achieving business outcomes. You will hold some of the following skills and duties: Technical experience working within complex IT environments, including the implementation of several new technical services. These services including, Azure cloud hosting, Citrix virtualisation and data centre upgrades. Experience of managing a Service Transition of over 2,000 servers, with multi sites and locations. Implementation of a new SIAM operating model, this will involve substantial changes in governance. Delivery focused experience. Track record in building strong relationships with executive decision makers and influencers. Proven experience of building relationships, with Senior Management. Extensive experience in management of team (line and Matrix) and budgets. Evidence of embedding a strong performance culture.
