Overview
Workshop Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join an exclusive client of ours, an electrical contractor based in Fareham. The successful Electrician will have a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience and have knowledge of working on commercial and industrial installation and testing. The candidate: Commercial / Industrial electrical installation background Knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings and schematics 17/18th Edition wiring regulations ECS JIB Card Experience on installation of SWA, Tray, Trunking, Plastic Conduit etc Full clean UK License Can work using own initiative Happy to travel nationwide and stay away as and when needed The role: Electrical Installation and testing conducted with diligence and to the highest industry standards. Be prepared to work in different environments, taking all safety measures to prevent danger and avoid injury. Efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair faults in accordance with training. Liaise with the Operations Supervisor regarding work schedules and staff at all levels whilst out on site. Be punctual at all times ensuring that start & finish times are adhered to, as directed by the Supervisor. Identify, prevent or pre-empt any potential areas for customer dissatisfaction, for example, arriving late due to traffic. Good route preparation and forward planning is vital.
