Overview

Vacancy: Project Manager Location: Oxford Position: Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager based in Oxford, in recent weeks they have signed contracts & have the pleasure of delivering a high profile scheme within Oxford. This contractor will deliver a complex project that will incorporate both new build & refurbishment; this will run for over 13 months & will be valued circa £15 Million. This scheme will have several high spec elements on internal & external packages; this project will commence early summer but requires a manager in place to ASAP. You would be responsible for a site management & will report directly into operations director. Responsibilities: Managing all site based activities & labour force Managing & implementing all health & safety on site Stock control Logistics Client liaison & staff meetings Managing site programs Reporting on programs Assisting with design Your new employer: This client is a large regional contractor located in Oxford with work across Oxfordshire & Berkshire. They operate around the £60 Million a year turnover & focus on projects between £3 Million to £20 Million. This contractor secures work via competitive tendering & frame work agreements & focus within the sectors listed below.
