Overview
Solicitor Court of Protection Leeds We are currently looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor for a new role based in Leeds city centre working for a regional Legal 500 recognised law firm. The Firm The firm are a regional practice with multiple offices, offering the full spectrum of personal and business legal services. The Role The role will involve handling a range of court protection matters. You should have strong experience in deputyships and the position will also involve handling s.21A challenges and s.16 matters. The role will involve an element of travel and as such access to a vehicle and a full driving license are essential. About You You should be at least 3 years PQE and have specialised in Court of Protection with a strong desire to progress further in this area. You should either have some management experience or a desire to take a step up into this type of role. As such you should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. You should have excellent client care skills, showing empathy and understanding to all clients.
