Commis Chef - Excellent Opportunity in Michelin Kitchen Commis Chef. Our client is recruiting a Commis Chef for their award winning hotel near Oakham & Rutland Water. This is an opportunity for a Commis to develop their career in a Michelin Star winning kitchen and prepare meals for restaurant and fucntions. Working for a loing established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training at the highest level. The Role You will work on all sections of the kitchen All meals prepared using fresh, seasonal products Produce meals to high standard set by Head Chef Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy Experience You will already have worked in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen Have a fantastic can do attitude and looking for a career in a Michelin kitchen Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent Salary & Benefits Salary £18-20k tips Live in accommodation available Benefits All meals 28 days holiday Outstanding training and development Application.
