Personal Assistant £27,000 - £30,000 Bromley THE COMPANY: Our client is a successful recruiter with clients across the globe. The role is based in their Bromley office and will be supporting the two Founding Directors. THE ROLE The successful candidate will enable the Directors they support to operate in an efficient and effective manner by keeping the day-to-day tasks running smoothly. Provide full, complex diary management for the Directors Arrange meetings, booking rooms, coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting materials Book travel arrangements including flights and hotels, produce detailed itineraries, arrange foreign currency and passport/visas where applicable Coordinate networking and marketing events internally and externally Acting as first point of contact for the Directors by prioritising incoming correspondence, directing calls and taking messages Build strong relationships with clients and clients assistants Keeping up to date with legislation changes and actioning any necessary changes A Sales Support function as time allows on ad hoc tasks such as: Issue of contracts to Suppliers GDPR and compliance tasks/ audits THE PERSON: Must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant in professional services Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Proactive, high attention to detail with a can-do attitude Excellent commercial acumen including high levels of integrity Willingness and flexibility to take on additional duties as and when required Work collaboratively with other team members OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: The following are not essential, but would either be “nice to have” or able to assist us in the implementation: Work with the Directors to identify other efficiencies and process improvements Work with Directors to implement other tech/ app-based solutions and productivity tools such as Woven, Asana et al Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
