Experienced Dental Practice Manager An excellent opportunity has arisen in this Mixed dental practice for an experienced Dental Practice Manager in the Loughton, Essex area. The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all their dental team. We can offer you : · Full time permanent position · 5 days per week · Great Pay rate, negotiable depending on experience · Immediate start available - Bonus on increasing private income The practice: · Well-equipped practice · Computerised (SOE) with digital X-Rays · Established patient list – principal owned for 15 years · Friendly, professional and enthusiastic team The role will involve: · Working at Reception three days per week · Discussing treatment items with patients · Responsibility for the day to day running of the practice · Managing and motivating staff · Implementing and managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies · Registering as the CQC Registered Manager · Stock and inventory control · Deciding on the Agenda and chairing Dental practice meetings · Dealing with Patient complaints · Authorising Lab and Dental Supplier invoices Previous dental practice management experience is essential and candidates must be GDC registered.
