Overview

A unique and exclusive opportunity has arisen for an experienced DC pensions manager to play a vital role in the growth and smooth running of their central Edinburgh team. Our client is looking for a motivated, ambitious, experienced and qualified individual to join their team on a full-time basis out of their central office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as the role would include attendance to trustee meetings, project involvement and management of key corporate accounts along with heading up a team of 5 or 6. Key Requirements The successful candidate will be a strong team leader with experience working in the pension industry. You have exceptional leadership skills and expertise in exceeding SLAs in a similar environment. As a results-driven problem solver with strong communication skills, you will excel in this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience of DC Occupational Pension Scheme Strong data analysis skills Experience within an Outsourced Shared Service Environment Excellent IT skills (online portals, pensions administration platforms, MS Office, etc.) Key Responsibilities You will be leading a small team to deliver exceptional service. You will be utilizing strong project management skills to deliver results effectively and on time in a confident clear manner. You will use strong communication skills to build trust with external and internal individuals and groups. You will be fully responsible for daily operations to ensure that teams are meeting SLA/KPI's.
