FP&A Manager

My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their expanding team. The company has recently developed several properties to expand their growing portfolio. As a FP&A Manager you will be responsible for delivering value added commercial analysis and insight for a residential property portfolio. This will involve business partnering with Operation Managers assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. Develop and establish a Group KPI dashboards Interpret data, provide conclusions and make recommendations to budget holders and Chairman. Ownership of P&L, balance and cash flow forecast for Group Where required and in conjunction with wider finance function, prepare Group monthly management accounts in a timely fashion, providing commentary Ownership of group wide analysis for commercial decision making Ownership of the operating model for forecasting and budgeting Support on financial models for new site appraisal to support valuation, planning, and decision making Prepare weekly KPI reporting for workspace, food & beverage, events and operational areas Business partnering with the General Manager, sales, F&B, events, marketing and other operational teams Perform market research, business intelligence and valuation comps Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a strong ability to deliver to deadlines. Candidates will be a Qualified ACA Accountant with previous experience with Financial Analytics and M&A.
