Overview
                                An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a Global client in EC2 London for a period of 9 months 9 months EC2 London £20 per hour Start ASAP Role Take ownership of and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements  Schedule all phone and on-site interviews for your business area  Complex calendar management (often in different time zones)  Prompt follow up and communication with candidates from initial contact to start date  Enter and track candidate information in the recruitment database  Provide hiring managers and relevant parties with appropriate documentation pre and post interview  Manage candidate travel expenses and all administrative support functions for the team Required skills 2.1 Degree or above preferred Administrative experience within Internal Recruitment/HR/Projects A track record of working successfully within an administrative or scheduling role. Experience managing multiple diaries, often in international time zones, for senior individuals. Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously Excellent judgement, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information. Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity to situations that require quick response or turnaround Ability to make informed and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties Thinks ahead and troubleshoots; removes obstacles before they become problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office) Exposure to database management.
