Overview

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the small team in their Aberdeen office. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall running and administration of their Aberdeen office reporting to the Operations Manager. The role involves processing all customer and purchase orders and the duties also include credit control of local customers. The job holder will also be responsible for the time management of the local employees and other HR duties together with all facilities management. The Administrator will work closely with systems engineer with controlling, numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. You must have good organisational and communication skills and able to self-motivate to complete tasks accurately and with attention to detail. A good level of computer literacy and numeracy together with able to work to deadlines will be required for this role.
