Your Role We are looking to appoint a credible and experienced Income Manager with demonstrable experience in housing and robust team management abilities. Your work will involve proactively managing our rent accounts and maximising income for c.2000 housing schemes and properties. Your experience in the use of finance systems would be very advantageous to your role. Your important role will report to the Head of Finance who is very keen on the development of each member of the Finance Team. Your role will involve working collaboratively with other teams within the Housing and Finance Departments including the Financial Reporting Team and the Payroll & Purchase Ledger Team. You will have an excellent ability to communicate with and lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding services to our residents.
