Overview
Role: Claims Advisor Salary: £17,000pa Location: Verwood Are you driven by providing a high level customer service? and an interest in claims? Our client is recruiting now for a claims advisor. you will be required to make contact with customers, collate information regarding the customer claim. You will be responsible for making decisions on the claim. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To make contact with customers within SLA time periods To follow regulations stipulated when handling claim To accurately gather and record all required information To strictly adhere to company data protection policy and work towards individual targets Liaise with third party insurers, witnesses, repairers and other interested parties as necessary to fully validate claim To identify non-viable claims and refer to team senior and/or manager for rejection authorisation To provide referrers and customers with regular updates on progress of claim To ensure customers are fully understanding of the credit hire process and aware of their obligations What do we need from you?
