Overview
Scrum Master / Coach (Agile JIRA Confluence DevOps). Would you like an opportunity to spearhead a period of transformational change in a hugely successful, industry leading company? You won't be fastened to any particular methodologies, instead, trusted to secure collaboration and drive teams to high performance in the best way you know how. You'll be symbolic of the wider culture of change, driving delivery accountability in your team, helping them set commitments and understand why things have and haven't worked. In this Scrum Master position you'll lead 3 small, Agile teams within the Actuarial division of the business, assisting the delivery of data based products and some system migration work, so a technology or DevOps background would be beneficial. You'll need a good understanding of stakeholder expectations to gain consensus and bring people onside from the outset to drive positive change.
