The purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for the business for couriers in respect to all B2B stock movement and claims, as well as to ensure claims for missing in transit e-commerce goods are resolved effectively. Please note that this role is based in our Kilmarnock DC in Scotland. Responsibilities Deal with all TNT queries/issues from stores and other departments within the business, escalating when required Arrange TNT Internal Branch Transfers (IBTs) on a daily basis for stores, both transfers and collections Ensure the IBT information is provided to TNT in the required format on a daily basis Ensure Internal Branch Transfers (IBTs) are collected from stores on time and process any store queries regarding uncollected items so they can be rebooked Ensure UK store deliveries are made on time progressing any issues with TNT when the expected service is not received by the business, escalating when required Resolve any store queries regarding deliveries with the appropriate courier Control the dedicated special delivery service to Selfridges Be the first point of contact for all B2B couriers with respect to claims for missing in transit store deliveries Ensure the efficient processing of claims for missing in transit e-commerce goods with all couriers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of web lost stock Requirements Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook) Able to work within a small team Ability to prioritise and organise own workload Ability to work to tight deadlines both independently and within a team Confident with developing and maintaining relationships with other departments and colleagues of all levels across the business Flexible and willing to assist the team where necessary Ability to work on own initiative Strong administration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills when dealing with Stores and external Transport companies
