Purpose of the job Responsible for the delivery of all D4 CRM activity with a total value of CHF 238,031 Sales through 1560 orders and act as main point of contact for any CRM related queries. Support the Senior CRM Executive in achieving 35% open rate, 5% click rates and Oversee all our e-mail QA checks and ensure that individual campaigns do not conflict with one another. Requirements Deliver targeted and dynamic CRM campaigns across various platforms such as email, paid media, paid social, print, online and Sales and be able to demonstrate how these strategies have driven value for both customers and the business through the use of SMC, Qlikview and Adobe Analytics Take charge of new and the enhancement of existing CRM activity including Push to 4th order, Welcome, Reactivation Provide regular commercial insights on all CRM activity for the benefit of all departments incuding product, sales and digital teams Create targeted customer segments within SMC to ensure that CRM campaigns are correctly targeted to secure maximum conversions whilst ensuring campaigns do not conflict with one another Responsible for the production of marketing emails including QA & Litmus checks Complete A/B & MVT testing and produce recommendations from findings Manages all email activity for D4 including reporting Full ownership of the annual email marketing calendar Management of all email related queries from the business including inbound sales, call centre, local sales markets Support the Senior CRM Executive in the recommendation of CRM testing and approach as well as enhancements or changes of existing programmes Has an understanding of muti-channel marketing and online trading techniques Strong communication and presentation skills in a complex matrix environment Ability to work under pressure in a sales focused organisation An up-to-date understanding of eCommerce trends and the latest online sales tactics/best practise Work with the Analytics team to ensure effective commercial management and tracking of all email marketing activity Stay up to date on the latest industry trends Education Degree or equivalent in a business or technology related discipline, ideally with a digital/technology bias.
