Electrician

A housing association are looking for an Electricians to start immediately on occupied and Empty houses in the Stoke on Trent area. You will be working on your own and within a team to complete EICR reports along with remedial works. Responsibilities Working on installations within a domestic property. Carrying out Domestic Electrical installations and rewiring and remedial work in occupied social housing properties. Working in occupied houses, maintaining a professional work manner on a Monday Candidate The successful candidate for the role of an Electrician should: 18th edition 2330 Electro technical Technology or equivalent desirable 2391 or 2395 Testing equivalent ECS Card DESIRABLE Full driving license Carrying out Domestic Electrical Installations in occupied properties Experience of domestic social housing Health and safety training preferred (asbestos, working at heights, manual handling) Own tools required, own calibrated testing equipment and power tools 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu 08:45 to 16:45, Fri 08:45 to 16:15) but flexible.
