Overview
Learning & Development Early Careers Development London ( interviews will be via Video Calls) Our client is a well known leader in their field, they are looking for a creative, ambitious L & D professional to join their team. Reporting into Senior Manager, you will support the annual planning and review of ECD programmes Opportunity; Partner with the organisation to develop and maintain future learning and development needs in support of business objectives. This role is both strategic and hands on - full module creation /delivery of high volume content The role; Needs Analysis process and developing new career pathways , owning and managing all relationships with external partners for the Degree and Academy programmes Lead on all aspects, such as ; induction training, professional education, professional and leadership training Lead on the design and delivery of the projects Experience/ Knowledge required; Proven L & D experience in a matrix, commercial organisation specialising in Early Career Development Experience and strength in developing relationships with stakeholders Strong, resilient and professional manner looking to work in a transforming business Successful career with a strong focus on helping grow people Strong project mgmt experience Understanding of professional qualifications and apprenticeship programmes desirable. Ability to pro-actively manage competing demands and a varied workload Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member Effective communicator This will suit a bright individual with heaps of ambition Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
