Do you love to help customers? Then this may be the role for you. I am recruiting for a modern, enjoyable and fast growing business in Milton Keynes who are a leader in their market. Seeking a Complaints Specialist to join a great team, who are passionate about customers and have a real desire to help. Day to day you will supporting customers with their queries and help resolve any problems that may arise. You would be recording and updating customer information, investigate complaints as efficiently as possible and take ownership of any queries from start to finish. You will challenge and contribute towards new ideas that can help their processes be more effective. You must enjoy and be confident on the phone, and have great communication skills with good questioning and listening abilities. Must want a career within customer service and has a passion for helping customers. Previously supported with new processes and handling difficult calls. Experience of complaint handling is essential for this position. Working in a regulated environment would be beneficial.
