Overview
Structuring Manager London Up to £80,000 Competitive Package This role is working within a leading Reinsurance & Structuring team within an ever-growing UK firm. This dynamic team will continue to grow and drive success through the DB Solutions part of the business. The client is looking for a quantitative individual to join their team as a Structuring Manager to help develop and implement derisking solutions for DB Pension Schemes. Also this role will focus on structuring and execution of reinsurance transactions for the wider reinsurance function. The role deals with the securitisation of various asset classes, pricing reinsurance and technically reviewing to ensure compliance with Solvency II. Skills & Requirements: - Experience in structuring and reviewing legal documents (in a rating agency or an investment role) - Experience in cash-flow modelling - Strong knowledge of asset classes and Solvency II - Strong communication skills - Modelling or pricing of bulk annuity products in a life insurance setting or a strong pensions background - Experience of reinsurance longevity modelling - Suitable for those with an actuarial background within consultancy or insurance (Desirable) Alternatively contact Abi Logeswaran at HFG.
