Overview

Overview: Based in Covent Garden, Central London, the Noble Collection UK Ltd are a Licensed manufacturer, distributor and retailer of film properties, including Fantastic Beasts, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Superman, Batman, Justice League and Game of Thrones. We create and sell prop replicas, licensed jewellery and giftware, crafted in the finest wood, gold, silver, bronze and pewter. We are looking for someone to join our small but growing team, to provide timely and accurate processing of customer payments, orders and query resolution for both wholesale and website customers. Responsibilities and duties: · Responding in a timely and appropriate manner to customer queries, for both wholesale and direct website customers, by telephone and email as required, checking proposed response in advance with the Wholesale Admin Manager and/or Social Media and Website Manager to ensure a consistent and good level of service is maintained. · Proactively liaising with the warehouse in order to investigate and respond to customer queries (by email and telephone). · Accurate and timely invoicing wholesale customers using invoicing system (Peachtree) from orders received. · Emailing complete and accurate invoices to customers directly at the earliest opportunity. · Processing wholesale orders, proactively checking and reporting discrepancies with stock levels and creating orders in accordance with agreed processes. · Processing payments of pro-forma invoices weekly using card machine, attaching and filing receipts with orders and passing over for checking. · Receiving incoming post. Scanning and sending relevant documents to the Belgium office and distributing UK post. · Answering incoming calls · Taking packets and post to post office as required. · Maintaining office and kitchen supplies, ordering and replenishing as necessary to ensure consistent and appropriate supplies and quantities. · General ad hoc office duties including photocopying, filing, scanning etc. Qualifications / skills: Attention to detail Strong organisational skills, with initiative and a proactive approach to task management Active and collaborative role in own development Ability to communicate professionally both in writing and verbally Flexibility and willingness to 'muck in’ Self-motivated and self-reliant Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (particularly Excel) Adept at data processing, manipulation and extraction Good customer service skills and customer centric focus
