Overview
Title:- Pension Advisor Type:- Contract Duration:- 9 months Location:- Blackpool, Lancashire Reports directly to the Head of Finance and will also be required to work closely with the company Director of Finance. Contract manage the Pensions contracts. Act as single point of expertise for Pensions related queries. Provide Accounting Officer with the necessary assurances as to the compliant operation and administration of the company pension scheme on an ongoing basis. Work collaboratively with HR payroll colleagues to assure the compliant operation of pension arrangements. Undertake regular quality assurance reviews of Shared Services pension processes and those operated at the company pension scheme provider. Experience and skills: Experience of overseeing the effective operation of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions schemes. Good communicator - able to present complex information in a succinct and informative manner?? Detailed knowledge of current pensions legislation?. Conversant with requirements of the Pensions regulator?. Strong spreadsheet skills Proven track record in a similar role. Professional gravitas to operate a senior level.
