The Client The client runs a home-visit orientated domiciliary care business which provides high quality and supportive care for semi-independent living. The business is growing it's Client base and therefore requires dedicated care assistants to join the team and maintain the high standards of care the business is known for. The Role Aid, develop and provide care and support to the clients within their own home Provide emotional and physical support tailored to each individual Client Understand and communicate effectively with the clients who have mental health difficulties or learning disabilities Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Engage the adults in activities to promote productivity Provide high standards of cleanliness and comfort at all times Things you need Minimum of 1 year experience within the care sector Ability to act on your own initiative Excellent communication skills Calm, rational and attentive Experience of working within the community and knowledge of the surrounding area. Enhanced DBS Clean Driving License and access to a car is essential What’s in it for you?
