Overview
CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator – Days - £18ph OT – Aberdeen Our client is a fast-growing privately-owned engineering business that specialise in the design and manufacture of high value components which are mainly supplied into the Oil&Gas industry. They work to the highest quality standards and due to the skilled workforce and their proactive approach this ensures that the customers’ expectations are fully and consistently met. The company continue to grow year on year and due to further investment back into the business and a large order book they now require an experienced CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join the team. To be considered for this role you must: · Ideally be Apprentice trained / Time Served · Have a strong CNC Milling background of at least 3 years · Be able to work directly from engineering drawings · Be able to program using Haas/Fanuc controls · Have self-inspection experience using various measuring equipment · Be able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment This is a standard day shift role working a forty-hour week with working hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm although the company does have plenty of overtime available which is paid at time and half. The role will be paying up to £18ph basic rate depending on your previous skills and experience but also offers other benefits such as a company pension scheme, death in service benefit and 29 days holiday.
