Overview
Helpdesk Scheduler Winsford £16,500 per annum for 27 hours (Flexible working) Paid holidays and Pension Parking on site Due to a new contract win, my client are recruiting for a PPM Helpdesk scheduler to work for a large FM provider based in Cheshire. The role is a permanent post, there is an element of flexible working of the 27 hours. You will be responsible for scheduling the PPM's to engineers on their client's portfolio of commercial buildings. You will allocate engineers or subcontractors to the job to completed and satisfy the SLA'a The main duties and responsibilities are: Field incoming calls from engineer Work with engineers to allocate roles Strong customer service skills to keep clients up to date with work and development Raise work orders for PPM Administration -Raising PO's Run reports collecting asset management data Qualifications and Experience required The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Facilities helpdesk and will understand the nature of an engineering maintenance service. Skills needed include: Strong I.T skills Good communication skills and telephone manner Passionate about building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues Confident attitude Good organisational skills Please apply to Joe Firth at 300 North
