Due to come growth an award-winning organisation is seeking an IVA Drafter to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent time to join a company that offer a fantastic basic package - £20,000 - £25,000 and unlike their competitors, they reward their staff with an exceptional bonus package each month £750-£1000. Established for over 10 years you will be joining a company that have made a great name for themselves within the industry and have a low turnover in staff. You will be working in state-of-the-art offices with an onsite gym, cafeteria plus lots of training an career progression. Duties for the IVA Drafter: Collating and verifying information with clients Obtaining missing information and ensure the case is progressed within agreed timescales Completing calls in a professional manner Preparing proposals in-line with protocol and regulations Answering and responding to inbound telephone calls from clients and ensure a positive customer experience Following company processes and provide accurate updates on all cases Skills for the IVA Drafter: We want to hear from you if you have experience as IVA Drafter, Insolvency Case Manager, Debt Management Drafter You must have proven experience in the above and have be confident working in a pressurised environment Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Benefits for the IVA Drafter: Salary £20,000 - £25,000 with bonus £750,000 - £1000 each month Excellent location in Manchester City Centre (local to all public transport routes) Onsite Cafeteria Onsite Gym and shower facilities Ongoing training course / qualifications Early finish Fridays Plus, much more Please apply with your up to date CV for consideration
