Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a Venture Capital firm who invest in Fintech. A fantastic, cool office environment to work in with a strong focus on working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They require an Executive Assistant for a new role, supporting two of their partners. As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting 2 partners and 3 associates, although the associates are self-sufficient unless considerably busy. This is a busy but varied and stimulating role. The successful candidate will be calm, efficient, well organised and an excellent team player. You will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel itineraries, expenses, assisting with events and dealing with last minute changes on a daily basis. You will also provide admin support to the team when they have deadlines to meet. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a laid back but professional environment and be team oriented - a good team player is essential for this role You will also have strong verbal and written communication, strong IT skills and have attention to detail. The role will pay up to £50k with an excellent bonus, flexible working, travel allowances, free breakfasts, team trips abroad and more.
