PHP Developer – PHP 7, Symfony4, MySQL, OOP, TDD Working for a leading provider of SaaS software solutions, located in Central London, we are looking for a PHP Symfony Developer to join a team of talented Engineers on a full-time, permanent basis This is a busy role with lots of exciting opportunities for growth and progression. As a PHP Developer, your role will involve working on a range of exhilarating projects across a variety of sectors, including the healthcare and membership markets . You will focus your skillset on back end development, however there will be plenty of opportunity for you to pick up and extend your experience on the front end too as full training in React and Node will be provided. PHP Developer – Job Specification: · Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments · Provide task estimations and deliver quality code on time · Ensure all PHP code is suitable for automated unit testing and own code coverage Participate in regular bug fixing · Keep up to date with the latest server-side technologies PHP Developer – Candidate Specification: · You must be able to work independently and as a part of team · Solid experience using OO PHP including PHP 7.0 · Experience using MVC frameworks including Symfony4 · Good experience using database technologies including MySQL · Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum development process Good understanding of Design Patterns · Good understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) Other Qualities: · Development tools (PHP_CodeSniffer, PHPMD, phpDocumentor) · Profiling software (xdebug, webgrind, KCachegrind). · Version control systems such as Git and BitBucket repository manager If this PHP Developer position sounds like you, please click apply now This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89767523
