Overview

HSE Recruitment are currently working with a leading property maintenance company on the recruitment of an interim SHE Advisor covering the North West and Midlands region. This role will be offered as an approximate 3 month contract initially, subject to extensions. Our client focuses on social housing (covering refurbishment, planned works, maintenance etc) but also has clients in the public sector and also in retail. With such a varied client base and risk profile, work can spread throughout the region – mostly Manchester/Liverpool/Warrington region and down to Stoke. As a result the ideal candidate would be based somewhere around the Manchester/Warrington area and is happy to travel extensively on a daily basis. The role requires someone with demonstrable experience in a similar environment, such as social housing, councils, refurb/fit out construction companies or similar – as well as a highly engaging attitude. This is not the sort of company where a compliance focused/clipboard focused professional would thrive As a SHE Advisor we are looking for someone with NEBOSH certificate as a minimum as well as an IEMA certificate (or failing that good environmental experience). This role is offered inside of IR35 and as a result can pay £280 per day through an umbrella company, or £220 per day as a PAYE employee. For more information please contact
