Property Solicitor West End Salary up to £45,000 This firm has an extensive client base of high net worth individuals. They are based in the heart of Marylebone. The firm are multi service across both services for individuals and businesses. The firm do not try to compete on price but believe in offering a quality service and charging well for it. They have a loyal client base with many of their conveyancing transactions being for foreign investors. The firm have excellent staff retention with most staff having been at the firm for over 10 years. The Residential Property department deals with a broad range of work often with an emphasis on HNW transactions. You will be running your own caseload of sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and also assisting a senior Solicitor with more complex matters. Applications are invited from junior Property Solicitors with around 1 - 2 years PQE although, strong NQs with previous Paralegal/Fee earning experience will also be considered.
