Overview
Macildowie are actively recruiting for a Payroll Specialist for a well established company based in Nottingham city centre. Amazing opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Salary will be between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Key responsibilities will be: - Have in depth knowledge and understanding of requirements and regulations relating to pension schemes, maternity, paternity and adoption regulations, relevant payroll systems, conditions of service and working with HMRC and inland revenue. - Manage and monitor employee records through iTrent HR & Payroll system. - Maintenance of the iTrent system, ensuring all data is relevant and accurate - Running payroll of up to 185 employees on a monthly basis - Working with and building a relationship with the outsource payroll company Candidate in question must have: - iTrent 'Electric' experience - this is imperative - Proven previous payroll experience - Experienced in system implementation or testing new payroll systems - not essential but desirable Amazing benefits available working at this company including 28 days holidays plus bank holidays and quarterly massages If you are interested in this role please contact Luke or Greg on or apply online.
