Overview
Asbestos Surveyor £25,000 - £29,000 Benefits Woking, South East Our client is a leading environmental compliance and risk management consultancy, that provides specialist services in the fields of asbestos, fire and water to some of the UK's largest and most respected businesses. My client is seeking 2 x experienced Asbestos Surveyor's to carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of projects located across Surrey, Berkshire and London. Due to the current climate, an estimated start date for this position will be in May 2020. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will: Complete Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys Undertake bulk sampling to be taken in for analysis Prepare and complete accurate survey reports in a timely fashion Offer technical support and advice to clients when required Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure all work is carried out to the HSG: 264 and at the highest standards Role Requirements: BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification Minimum of 12 months experience in asbestos surveying Hold a full UK driving license Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent knowledge of the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos (HSG264) Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar software) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading consultancy that will provide you with industry leading training and development opportunities and a fantastic benefits package which includes a fully expensed company van, fuel card, smart phone tablet, company pension, competitive overt time rates and option, and more Commutable locations: Twickenham, Reading, Farnborough, Basingstoke, Slough, Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Croydon, Farnham, High Wycombe, Oxford, Thames Valley, South Central, South East, West London.
