Overview
We are recruiting for a passionate Support Worker to join our fun and friendly team here at The Grange. We provide specialist care for adults living with various physical disabilities. In this fulfilling and rewarding role you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our residents lives. Part of your daily responsibilities will include: Provide full personal care to our residents including, dressing, bathing and feeding We do this through effective communication with the residents, their families and our colleagues Helping our residents maintain maximum independence, considering their physical and emotional condition Reporting on any incidents or events that may have an impact on the Service Users care plan We want people who care.
