Overview
Project Manager This role is deemed inside of IR35 Immediate start available (30th March / 6th April) This role is to be the on-site Project Manager for a new housing project - the successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in managing housing sites of 1-20 units. It will be across 3 separate sites, Modular Construction Method within a mile of each other. Some fabrication will be done on site Experience required: New Build Housing Experience - Public or Private Sector Timber Frame Construction experience SMSTS and First Aid experience Mentoring - Will be working with a Junior Manager (Site Manager)
