Join us a Waking Nights Support Worker (experienced or not) and you'll see why Outline of Role: Our friendly team of Support Workers are based at our small, homely residential care service in the village of Bursledon , where we support six adults (aged from 36 - 63) with a wide range of learning disabilities. Being a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be available during the night to provide physical support and emotional reassurance when they are wakeful; checking at regular intervals to ensure they are comfortable and getting a good night's sleep ready for the next day. The hours will be based on a a shift rota basis (30 hrs per week) including working every other weekend.
