Overview
Sales Administrator £20,000-£25,000 Monday to Friday 9.00pm-5.30pm POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of the UK’s leading providers of innovative, promotional merchandise. Purpose of Role To effectively support the sales team and sales function. You will provide general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including answering incoming calls, mail and serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives Process sales orders and purchase orders Ensure artwork is received in correct formats and signed off in a timely manner Make sure all delivery dates are being met Check data accuracy in orders and invoices Raise invoices Handle incoming telephone calls Provide administration support to the sales team Update our in house database system Ensure the Order Action Overview is updated daily Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients and visitors, main telephone switch board, enquiry email distribution Any other duties as necessary Key Skills Excellent multi-tasking skills Highly organised Ability to work to strict deadlines Very strong communication skills Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks Must be detail oriented Working knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook If you are interested in this role, please apply ASAP.
