They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team ASAP. Could this be you? As an IT Support Engineer you will be given a training plan and resources to assist you in becoming Microsoft accredited initially, followed by other vendor-specific certifications such as Cisco, Mimecast etc. There are excellent opportunities for progression internally due to the organizations structure. This position will see you progress through to 2nd Line and 3rd Line Engineers as quickly as you pick the technical skills up Duties include; managing the ticketing queue, answering phones, logging, assigning and escalating issues appropriately and onsite customer support including small projects.
