Overview
This People Advisor role, based near West Drayton, is a generalist position for a company of approx 200 employees. Client Details This SME are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join their team on a professional basis. Description The key responsibilities of this People Advisor involve, but are not limited to the following: HR Administration Implementation and development of the Company's HR policies and procedures Keeping up to date with all applicable employment law regulations to ensure the company remains compliant Fully understanding GDPR and ensuring new starters are aware of the regulations Supporting Line Managers in regards to the recruitment process, including screening candidates Coordination of staff training programmes, including sourcing suitable training providers, booking courses relevant courses for all levels of staff and maintaining staff training records Coordination of staff appraisals to track performance and identify training opportunities Instigating best-practice guidance to Line Managers, to assist with staffing issues such as sickness/absence, disciplinaries and performance management Ad-hoc HR duties and projects Profile The successful People Advisor needs to have previous experience in HR within the UK market (non negotiable). As well as this, they need the following: SKILLS Approachable, with the ability to work with key stakeholders Organised and able to prioritise multiple work loads Enthusiastic person who can motivate and positively influence employees Excellent interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Natural problem solver EXPERIENCE CIPD qualified or degree in Human Resources Minimum 1 year HR experience in a permanent role Used SAP or an equivalent Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-look ups) Job Offer This company offers the right candidate a number of benefits including: Investment in training and your development Health insurance Life assurance On site parking Competitive salary
