Someone who has an understanding of what document control is and would be happy to work alongside an experience Document Controller to learn and develop to help collate all O&M Manuals. Duties include: Ensure each O&M manual is compiled with all relevant information within a specific timeframe Liaising with the consultant, client team, subcontractors and suppliers to chase for any information needed Support and work alongside the current Document Controller with printing drawings Pick up and ad hoc administration duties including typing, printing, keeping spreadsheets up to date, filing etc. Answering incoming calls from the public Pick up any addition admin duties that the team may need support with Assist the Directors with the ongoing development in the company make sure work is won Requirements: A proactive attitude Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Team player Ability to priorities workload Does this all sound of interest to you?
