Job Description The post holder will play an active role in staff training and the provision of treatment for outpatients with upper limb disorders. The post holder will work closely with Hand Unit Manager to develop services, core competencies and quality initiatives based on evidence based practice. This service will be provided within the context of a multidisciplinary team. The post holder will take a lead role in the clinical provision, administration, organisation, liaison, marketing and strategic development of the London Hand and Wrist Unit (LHWU) across the HCA sites. The post holder will oversee rosters and workforce planning and support effective budget management. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5hrs per week The salary being offered is competitive and will be dependent upon skills and experience.
