Overview
Full and Part Time Outreach Support Workers required for a Learning Disabilities Charity in Essex Your new company This is a well established charity with some fantastic benefits on offer including ongoing training and progression. They support people over 16 years old with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour. Your new role Working in the community you will offer outreach and support to young adults. There is the option to work either full or part time hours along with alternate weekends. What you'll need to succeed At least six months experience of working in a similar role is essential as well as the confidence to work alone in what can be a challenging position. You will need to be a car driver, ideally with the use of your own car.
